Keep A Record, Be Protected
In order to be fully compensated for the contents of your dwelling in case of fire, you need to keep some form of documentation of what those contents are. A written list is ideal, but even a detailed video walkthrough can be helpful if tragedy strikes. Just remember to keep a copy of the tape off site.

Our Directors have a broad background of expertise with rural roots. They live around the area the Company serves and can bring a variety of opinions and expertise to any discussion. One major advantage of insuring with your Mutual is that our policyholders have access to one of our Board of Directors, who is likely a member of your community!

Any policyholder interested in becoming a Director must file their intentions, in writing, with the Controller no later than 7 days prior to the Annual/Special Meeting. To be eligible to become a Director, you must have been insured with the Company for three successive years, and have an annual premium in excess of $25.00.
